Please be advised that the Village of Chester will be paving Vadala Road, Walnut Street, Maple Avenue, Elm Street, Miller Drive, Oak Street, Highland Avenue and Kerner Drive starting on July 21, 2025.  In order to complete the paving process, there will be No Parking on these streets until paving is completed.  This schedule is subject to change based on the weather.  Any cars parked on the street or in the parking areas will be towed away at the owner’s expense.  To avoid your vehicles being towed, please make sure your vehicles are parked in your driveway until your street has been paved.  If your street has not been paved, please keep your vehicles in your driveway.   We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
