Paving Main Street, Winkler Place, Howland Street, Hambletonian Avenue, Vista Drive and June Road

Please be advised that the Village of Chester will be milling and paving Main Street, Winkler Place, Howland Street, Hambletonian Avenue, Vista Drive and June Road starting on June 3, 2024, weather permitting.  In order to complete the milling and paving process, there will be NO PARKING on these streets until paving is completed.  Please note, this schedule is subject to change based on the weather.  Any cars parked on the street or in the parking areas will be towed away at the owner’s expense.  To avoid your vehicles being towed, please make sure your vehicles are parked in your driveway until your street has been milled and paved.  If your street has not been milled and paved, please keep your vehicles in your driveway.  If you wish to visit Main Street, Winkler Place and Howland Street, you can park at the municipal parking lot behind Village Hall and the parking lot at the amphitheater, which can be accessed by using Vadala Road and driving through the Village of Chester Street Department Garage.
