PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

THE APPLICATION PROPOSES TO CONVERT THE EXISTING NEXANS ENERGY BUILDING FROM MANUFACTURING TO WAREHOUSING.  THE BUILDING IS AN EXISTING 273,065 SQUARE FOOT (SF) FACILITY THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY UTILIZED TO MANUFACTURE ELECTRIC CABLING.  THE APPLICANT IS PROPOSING TO DIVIDE THE BUILDING INTO THREE (3) UNITS (I.E. TENANT) SPACES FOR USE AS WAREHOUSING:

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

THE APPLICATION PROPOSES NEW CONSTRUCTION OF A 781,130 SQUARE FEET WAREHOUSE WITH ACCESSORY OFFICE SPACE, PARKING AND LOADING IN A TWO-STORY BUILDING WITH A 404,960 SQUARE FOOT FOOTPRINT.  THE PROJECT SITE CONSISTS OF 39.9 ACRES ON TWO TAX PARCELS WITH FRONTAGE ON SUMMERVILLE WAY.  THE PROJECT PROPOSES TO DERIVE ACCESS FROM ELIZABETH DRIVE VIA AN EASEMENT.

THE CHESTER HISTORICAL SOCIETY WILL BE ACCEPTING DONATIONS FOR ITS ANNUAL YARD SALE on Saturdays from March 4, 2023 until May 13, 2023 between 9 AM and 12 PM.  Donations should be in good condition (no electronics, appliances or clothing).

We are grateful to all the members of the community who always support our fund-raising efforts which help us maintain and preserve the 1915 Erie Railroad Station.  We thank you and look forward to your continued support.
